# Stampix vs Smart Photo Widget

The clearest difference is rating: Smart Photo Widget at 4.6 against Stampix's 1.3. Smart Photo Widget also leads on ratings volume (90 vs 3) and device support (4 vs 1). Stampix's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 2) and review sentiment (79% vs 48%). On price, ads and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Smart Photo Widget sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per year. Stampix asks for nothing beyond the download.

Smart Photo Widget holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 1.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Smart Photo Widget has 90 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 79% of Stampix's written reviews are positive against 48% of Smart Photo Widget's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Stampix ships an update fortnightly, Smart Photo Widget every 3 months. Both last shipped on October 12, 2026.
