# EcoSmart Mobile vs Mobius

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Mobius at 27% against EcoSmart Mobile's 0%. Mobius also leads on ratings volume (328 vs 7). EcoSmart Mobile's advantage is update cadence (fortnightly vs every 2 months) and rating (2.3 vs 2.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

EcoSmart Mobile holds the better App Store score, 2.3 against 2.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Mobius has 328 ratings behind it against 7, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 0% of EcoSmart Mobile's written reviews are positive against 27% of Mobius's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

EcoSmart Mobile ships an update fortnightly, Mobius every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 1, 2026 and October 5, 2026 respectively.
