# LetterSchool vs The Alphabet

The clearest difference is review sentiment: The Alphabet at 100% against LetterSchool's 38%. The Alphabet also leads on price (Free vs $9.99) and update cadence (every 3 months vs every 7 months). LetterSchool's advantage is rating (4.6 vs 4.0) and in-app purchases (none vs 4). On ads and device support there is nothing between them.
