# BackLog vs Quiet Write

The clearest difference is ads: Quiet Write at none against BackLog's shown. On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. BackLog sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $0.49 per month and Quiet Write sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
