# Crazy Butt Scan vs Arrow Tap

The clearest difference is rating: Crazy Butt Scan at 3.7 against Arrow Tap's 3.1. Crazy Butt Scan also leads on ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). Arrow Tap's advantage is ratings volume (1.5K vs 18) and review sentiment (22% vs 0%). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Crazy Butt Scan holds the better App Store score, 3.7 against 3.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Arrow Tap has 1.5K ratings behind it against 18, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 0% of Crazy Butt Scan's written reviews are positive against 22% of Arrow Tap's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
