# BatchResizer2 vs Resize

The clearest difference is ads: Resize at none against BatchResizer2's shown. Resize also leads on update cadence (every 9 days vs every 2 months) and ratings volume (1.8K vs 101). BatchResizer2's advantage is review sentiment (65% vs 55%). On price, rating, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. BatchResizer2 sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Resize sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.3 for BatchResizer2 against 4.3 for Resize. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Resize has 1.8K ratings behind it against 101, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 65% of BatchResizer2's written reviews are positive against 55% of Resize's.

BatchResizer2 ships an update every 2 months, Resize every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 22, 2026 respectively.
