# ThrashCam vs xelka

The clearest difference is update cadence: ThrashCam at every 3 weeks against xelka's every 2 months. ThrashCam also leads on iOS requirement (8.0 vs 18.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. ThrashCam sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and xelka sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

ThrashCam ships an update every 3 weeks, xelka every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 12, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
