# Barometer Plus vs Barometric Pressure Tracker

The clearest difference is rating: Barometric Pressure Tracker at 4.5 against Barometer Plus's 4.0. Barometric Pressure Tracker also leads on ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 6 weeks). Barometer Plus's advantage is ratings volume (409 vs 12) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 17.0). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Barometer Plus sells 4 one-off in-app purchases and Barometric Pressure Tracker sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
