# Imou Life vs Cookbyte

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Cookbyte at none against Imou Life's 10. Imou Life's advantage is ratings volume (4.8K vs 2) and chart position (#111 vs unranked). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Imou Life sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $3.49 per month. Cookbyte asks for nothing beyond the download.

Cookbyte holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Imou Life has 4.8K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.
