# Flipd vs Flora

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Flora at 89% against Flipd's 49%. Flora also leads on rating (4.8 vs 4.5) and ratings volume (83K vs 7K). Flipd's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.4). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Flipd sells 18 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days and Flora sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Flora holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Flora has 83K ratings behind it against 7K, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 49% of Flipd's written reviews are positive against 89% of Flora's.

Flipd ships an update every 11 days, Flora fortnightly. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
