# Flipd vs ToDo Timer

The clearest difference is rating: Flipd at 4.5 against ToDo Timer's 1.0. Flipd also leads on ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (7K vs 1). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Flipd sells 18 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days and ToDo Timer sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $3.49 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Flipd holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Flipd has 7K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Flipd ships an update every 11 days, ToDo Timer fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 2, 2026 and September 21, 2026 respectively.
