# Flipd vs Focus Pet

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Flipd at 49% against Focus Pet's 0%. Flipd also leads on ratings volume (7K vs 1). Focus Pet's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.5). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Flipd sells 18 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days and Focus Pet sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.49 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Focus Pet holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Flipd has 7K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 49% of Flipd's written reviews are positive against 0% of Focus Pet's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
