# Flipd vs MasjidSync

The clearest difference is update cadence: MasjidSync at every 5 days against Flipd's every 11 days. Flipd's advantage is iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Flipd sells 18 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days and MasjidSync sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Flipd ships an update every 11 days, MasjidSync every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 13, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
