# Flipd vs Focus Buddy

The clearest difference is rating: Flipd at 4.5 against Focus Buddy's 3.0. Flipd also leads on ratings volume (7K vs 2). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Flipd sells 18 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days and Focus Buddy sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Flipd holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Flipd has 7K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.
