# School Basket vs 3

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: School Basket at none against 3's 10. 3's advantage is update cadence (fortnightly vs every 7 months) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.0). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 3 sells 10 one-off in-app purchases. School Basket asks for nothing beyond the download.

School Basket ships an update every 7 months, 3 fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 18, 2026 respectively.
