# iMemomate vs i

The clearest difference is update cadence: iMemomate at every 2 weeks against i's every 3 months. i's advantage is ratings volume (789 vs 15). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

iMemomate holds the better App Store score, 2.5 against 2.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: i has 789 ratings behind it against 15, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 8% of iMemomate's written reviews are positive against 15% of i's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

iMemomate ships an update every 2 weeks, i every 3 months. Both last shipped on September 29, 2026.
