# Z视介HD vs 央视频

The clearest difference is rating: 央视频 at 2.5 against Z视介HD's 1.0. 央视频 also leads on monetization model (free vs freemium) and ratings volume (11 vs 1). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Z视介HD sells 11 one-off in-app purchases and 央视频 sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

央视频 holds the better App Store score, 2.5 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 央视频 has 11 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 33% of Z视介HD's written reviews are positive against 29% of 央视频's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and October 14, 2026 respectively.
