# Bridge Construction Sim vs Ship Simulator

The clearest difference is rating: Ship Simulator at 4.7 against Bridge Construction Sim's 4.2. Ship Simulator also leads on update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 5 months) and ratings volume (13K vs 4.2K). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Bridge Construction Sim sells 5 one-off in-app purchases and Ship Simulator sells 14 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Written reviews complicate that: 53% of Bridge Construction Sim's written reviews are positive against 49% of Ship Simulator's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Bridge Construction Sim ships an update every 5 months, Ship Simulator every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 26, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
