# SAPTCO vs eRkab

The clearest difference is update cadence: eRkab at every 5 days against SAPTCO's every 3 months. SAPTCO's advantage is iOS requirement (9.0 vs 11.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

SAPTCO ships an update every 3 months, eRkab every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on November 2, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
