# ViaBus vs MU Tram

The clearest difference is review sentiment: MU Tram at 100% against ViaBus's 54%. MU Tram also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 6) and ads (none vs shown). ViaBus's advantage is rating (4.7 vs 4.0) and ratings volume (1.6K vs 1). On price and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. ViaBus sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. MU Tram asks for nothing beyond the download.

ViaBus holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: ViaBus has 1.6K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 54% of ViaBus's written reviews are positive against 100% of MU Tram's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
