# Peak Active vs Stepado

The clearest difference is ads: Peak Active at none against Stepado's shown. Stepado's advantage is update cadence (every 4 days vs fortnightly) and iOS requirement (17.0 vs 26.0). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Peak Active sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and Stepado sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Peak Active ships an update fortnightly, Stepado every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 14, 2026 and September 29, 2026 respectively.
