# Exit Hero vs Help Me

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Help Me at none against Exit Hero's 10. Help Me also leads on update cadence (weekly vs every 13 months) and ratings volume (28K vs 7). Exit Hero's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and review sentiment (80% vs 57%). On price, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Exit Hero sells 10 one-off in-app purchases. Help Me asks for nothing beyond the download.

Help Me holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Help Me has 28K ratings behind it against 7, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 80% of Exit Hero's written reviews are positive against 57% of Help Me's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Exit Hero ships an update every 13 months, Help Me weekly. The most recent releases landed on November 2, 2026 and November 8, 2026 respectively.
