The clearest difference is ads: Season App at none against SBB Preview's shown. Season App also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). SBB Preview's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs every 10 months). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

SBB Preview ships an update weekly, Season App every 10 months. The most recent releases landed on November 2, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
