# My Aurora Forecast Pro vs HamPulse

The clearest difference is review sentiment: My Aurora Forecast Pro at 79% against HamPulse's 0%. My Aurora Forecast Pro also leads on ratings volume (2.9K vs 2) and chart position (#45 vs unranked). HamPulse's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 1) and update cadence (daily vs weekly). On ads and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

My Aurora Forecast Pro costs $3.99 and HamPulse $4.99 up front. My Aurora Forecast Pro sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. HamPulse asks for nothing beyond the download.

HamPulse holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: My Aurora Forecast Pro has 2.9K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 79% of My Aurora Forecast Pro's written reviews are positive against 0% of HamPulse's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

My Aurora Forecast Pro ships an update weekly, HamPulse daily. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
