# Rakuna Recruit vs Microsoft Loop

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Rakuna Recruit at 100% against Microsoft Loop's 21%. Rakuna Recruit also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 4) and iOS requirement (16.0 vs 18.0). Microsoft Loop's advantage is ratings volume (4.9K vs 16) and rating (4.6 vs 4.3). On price, update cadence, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Microsoft Loop sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Rakuna Recruit asks for nothing beyond the download.

Microsoft Loop holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Microsoft Loop has 4.9K ratings behind it against 16, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of Rakuna Recruit's written reviews are positive against 21% of Microsoft Loop's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly monthly. The most recent releases landed on September 3, 2026 and October 3, 2026 respectively.
