# OvrC Connect vs Trimlight Edge

The clearest difference is rating: OvrC Connect at 3.1 against Trimlight Edge's 2.8. Trimlight Edge's advantage is review sentiment (21% vs 0%) and ratings volume (366 vs 23). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

OvrC Connect holds the better App Store score, 3.1 against 2.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Trimlight Edge has 366 ratings behind it against 23, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 0% of OvrC Connect's written reviews are positive against 21% of Trimlight Edge's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 2 months. Both last shipped on October 21, 2026.
