# Bed Control vs Saatva

The clearest difference is rating: Bed Control at 4.0 against Saatva's 3.5. Saatva's advantage is review sentiment (50% vs 15%) and update cadence (every 2 days vs every 4 months). On price, ratings volume, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Bed Control holds the better App Store score, 4.0 against 3.5. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 5 and 4 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 15% of Bed Control's written reviews are positive against 50% of Saatva's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Bed Control ships an update every 4 months, Saatva every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
