# Starbird Chicken vs ZERO&

Starbird Chicken and ZERO& both sit at 4.8 stars, but that hides the real split: 75% of ZERO&'s written reviews are positive against 35% of Starbird Chicken's. ZERO& also leads on iOS requirement (11.0 vs 15.1). Starbird Chicken's advantage is ratings volume (12K vs 378). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for Starbird Chicken against 4.7 for ZERO&. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Starbird Chicken has 12K ratings behind it against 378, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 35% of Starbird Chicken's written reviews are positive against 75% of ZERO&'s.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on November 6, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
