# Mixed Word! vs Find Stuff

The clearest difference is rating: Mixed Word! at 5.0 against Find Stuff's 4.5. Mixed Word! also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). Find Stuff's advantage is update cadence (every 3 months vs every 33 months) and review sentiment (100% vs 71%). On price, ratings volume, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Mixed Word! sells 4 one-off in-app purchases and Find Stuff sells 10 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Mixed Word! holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 5 and 8 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 71% of Mixed Word!'s written reviews are positive against 100% of Find Stuff's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Mixed Word! ships an update every 33 months, Find Stuff every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 10, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
