# Sporting Globe vs OOSHMAN

The clearest difference is rating: Sporting Globe at 3.3 against OOSHMAN's 1.0. Sporting Globe also leads on update cadence (monthly vs every 5 months) and ratings volume (225 vs 1). OOSHMAN's advantage is monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and review sentiment (46% vs 31%). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Sporting Globe holds the better App Store score, 3.3 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Sporting Globe has 225 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 31% of Sporting Globe's written reviews are positive against 46% of OOSHMAN's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Sporting Globe ships an update monthly, OOSHMAN every 5 months. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 12, 2026 respectively.
