# AM Racing vs DIRTVision

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: AM Racing at none against DIRTVision's 10. AM Racing also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.6) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 16.0). DIRTVision's advantage is update cadence (monthly vs every 11 months) and ratings volume (4.2K vs 1). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. DIRTVision sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $39.99 per month. AM Racing asks for nothing beyond the download.

AM Racing holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: DIRTVision has 4.2K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

AM Racing ships an update every 11 months, DIRTVision monthly. The most recent releases landed on November 2, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
