# Starry Internet vs Penthouse Paws

Starry Internet and Penthouse Paws both sit at 4.4 stars, but that hides the real split: 67% of Penthouse Paws's written reviews are positive against 34% of Starry Internet's. Starry Internet's advantage is update cadence (every 2 months vs every 12 months) and ratings volume (3.3K vs 5). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Starry Internet holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Starry Internet has 3.3K ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 34% of Starry Internet's written reviews are positive against 67% of Penthouse Paws's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Starry Internet ships an update every 2 months, Penthouse Paws every 12 months. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
