# TricCam Lite vs CPFlash

The clearest difference is rating: CPFlash at 3.0 against TricCam Lite's 2.3. TricCam Lite's advantage is update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 5 months) and ratings volume (6 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

CPFlash holds the better App Store score, 3.0 against 2.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: TricCam Lite has 6 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

TricCam Lite ships an update every 3 weeks, CPFlash every 5 months. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 18, 2026 respectively.
