# I Read Arabic vs AlifBee

The clearest difference is monetization model: I Read Arabic at free with in-app purchases against AlifBee's subscription. I Read Arabic also leads on review sentiment (76% vs 59%) and ratings volume (3.7K vs 186). AlifBee's advantage is ads (none vs shown). On price, rating, update cadence and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. I Read Arabic sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month and AlifBee sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $7.49 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

I Read Arabic holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: I Read Arabic has 3.7K ratings behind it against 186, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 76% of I Read Arabic's written reviews are positive against 59% of AlifBee's.

I Read Arabic ships an update every 5 weeks, AlifBee every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 2, 2026 and November 5, 2026 respectively.
