The clearest difference is in-app purchases: SlingStudio Capture at none against TopDirectorCam(NDI/SRT Camera)'s 6. SlingStudio Capture also leads on ratings volume (6.2K vs 12) and rating (4.8 vs 4.5). TopDirectorCam(NDI/SRT Camera)'s advantage is update cadence (every 2 months vs every 8 months) and review sentiment (64% vs 43%). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. TopDirectorCam(NDI/SRT Camera) sells 6 one-off in-app purchases. SlingStudio Capture asks for nothing beyond the download.

SlingStudio Capture holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: SlingStudio Capture has 6.2K ratings behind it against 12, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 43% of SlingStudio Capture's written reviews are positive against 64% of TopDirectorCam(NDI/SRT Camera)'s, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
