# سمع لي vs Bites

سمع لي and Bites both sit at 4.4 stars, but that hides the real split: 55% of سمع لي's written reviews are positive against 43% of Bites's. سمع لي also leads on ratings volume (7.7K vs 2.2K) and iOS requirement (15.6 vs 17.0). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. سمع لي sells 2 one-off in-app purchases and Bites sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Bites holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.4. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 7.7K and 2.2K respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 55% of سمع لي's written reviews are positive against 43% of Bites's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

سمع لي ships an update monthly, Bites fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 26, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
