# QRcode App vs Info Share

The clearest difference is rating: Info Share at 5.0 against QRcode App's 3.4. Info Share also leads on update cadence (weekly vs every 3 months). QRcode App's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 67%). On price, ratings volume, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Info Share holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.4. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 5 and 2 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of QRcode App's written reviews are positive against 67% of Info Share's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

QRcode App ships an update every 3 months, Info Share weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and October 17, 2026 respectively.
