# i vs CooDisk

The clearest difference is update cadence: CooDisk at every 5 weeks against i's every 3 months. CooDisk also leads on ratings volume (433 vs 83) and iOS requirement (9.0 vs 11.0). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 2.1 for i against 2.1 for CooDisk. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: CooDisk has 433 ratings behind it against 83, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 10% of i's written reviews are positive against 12% of CooDisk's.

i ships an update every 3 months, CooDisk every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 29, 2026 respectively.
