# Wedding Seating Chart Planner vs AnointedWedding

The clearest difference is monetization model: AnointedWedding at free with in-app purchases against Wedding Seating Chart Planner's subscription. AnointedWedding also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.5) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.2). Wedding Seating Chart Planner's advantage is ratings volume (400 vs 1). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Wedding Seating Chart Planner sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and AnointedWedding sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

AnointedWedding holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Wedding Seating Chart Planner has 400 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Wedding Seating Chart Planner ships an update every 10 days, AnointedWedding weekly. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
