# EduPlus vs Lostant Comets

The clearest difference is update cadence: Lostant Comets at every 3 weeks against EduPlus's every 2 months. EduPlus's advantage is iOS requirement (12.0 vs 16.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

EduPlus ships an update every 2 months, Lostant Comets every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and October 6, 2026 respectively.
