# IONOS vs KeyHelper

The clearest difference is rating: KeyHelper at 5.0 against IONOS's 4.4. KeyHelper also leads on update cadence (every 4 days vs monthly). IONOS's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (15K vs 1). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

KeyHelper holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: IONOS has 15K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

IONOS ships an update monthly, KeyHelper every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
