# Change vs Elavatine

The clearest difference is monetization model: Elavatine at free against Change's free with in-app purchases. Elavatine also leads on update cadence (weekly vs every 5 weeks) and rating (4.9 vs 4.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Change sells 12 in-app purchases, starting at $1.49 per month and Elavatine sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Elavatine holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.6. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 49 and 147 respectively. Written reviews point the same way: 81% of Change's written reviews are positive against 93% of Elavatine's.

Change ships an update every 5 weeks, Elavatine weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 27, 2026 respectively.
