# Primera Plus vs Vallarta Plus

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Primera Plus at 2.2K against Vallarta Plus's 2. Primera Plus also leads on rating (4.8 vs 4.5). Vallarta Plus's advantage is device support (3 vs 1). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Primera Plus holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Primera Plus has 2.2K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 49% of Primera Plus's written reviews are positive against 56% of Vallarta Plus's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and October 10, 2026 respectively.
