# Mighty Networks vs Props

Mighty Networks and Props both sit at 4.8 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of Props's written reviews are positive against 53% of Mighty Networks's. Props also leads on monetization model (ad-supported vs free with in-app purchases) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). Mighty Networks's advantage is ratings volume (75K vs 18) and chart position (#136 vs unranked). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Mighty Networks sells 14 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and Props sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $3.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Props holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Mighty Networks has 75K ratings behind it against 18, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 53% of Mighty Networks's written reviews are positive against 100% of Props's.

Mighty Networks ships an update weekly, Props every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on October 28, 2026 and October 17, 2026 respectively.
