# Alphametic vs Mancala Online

The clearest difference is rating: Mancala Online at 4.9 against Alphametic's 3.5. Mancala Online also leads on ratings volume (1.2K vs 2). Alphametic's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 10) and ads (none vs shown). On price and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Mancala Online sells 10 one-off in-app purchases. Alphametic asks for nothing beyond the download.

Mancala Online holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 3.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Mancala Online has 1.2K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 50% of Alphametic's written reviews are positive against 34% of Mancala Online's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
