# PadMapper Apartment Finder vs SpeshNow

The clearest difference is monetization model: SpeshNow at free against PadMapper Apartment Finder's free with in-app purchases. SpeshNow also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.8) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 17.4). PadMapper Apartment Finder's advantage is ratings volume (7.1K vs 1). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

SpeshNow holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: PadMapper Apartment Finder has 7.1K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

PadMapper Apartment Finder ships an update every 5 weeks, SpeshNow every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and July 5, 2026 respectively.
