# Tommy's Express vs ETSU Package Locker

The clearest difference is rating: Tommy's Express at 4.4 against ETSU Package Locker's 2.5. Tommy's Express also leads on update cadence (every 9 days vs every 39 months) and ratings volume (2K vs 10). ETSU Package Locker's advantage is monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and iOS requirement (9.0 vs 17.6). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Tommy's Express holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 2.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Tommy's Express has 2K ratings behind it against 10, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 28% of Tommy's Express's written reviews are positive against 33% of ETSU Package Locker's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Tommy's Express ships an update every 9 days, ETSU Package Locker every 39 months. The most recent releases landed on October 18, 2026 and October 15, 2026 respectively.
