# Tommy's Express vs FixMyFort

The clearest difference is rating: FixMyFort at 5.0 against Tommy's Express's 4.6. FixMyFort also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). Tommy's Express's advantage is ratings volume (4.8K vs 3) and update cadence (every 9 days vs every 2 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

FixMyFort holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Tommy's Express has 4.8K ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two.
