# Tommy's Express vs EEA

The clearest difference is rating: EEA at 5.0 against Tommy's Express's 4.6. EEA also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and update cadence (every 4 days vs every 9 days). Tommy's Express's advantage is ratings volume (5.7K vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

EEA holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Tommy's Express has 5.7K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Tommy's Express ships an update every 9 days, EEA every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on November 2, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
