# Bookly vs Lichtstrahlen

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Bookly at 84% against Lichtstrahlen's 17%. Bookly also leads on rating (4.6 vs 3.2) and ratings volume (63K vs 19). Lichtstrahlen's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.6). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Bookly sells 16 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and Lichtstrahlen sells 5 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
